Each of our Partners has a decade or more of recruiting experience at some of the most notable large, mid-sized and boutique professional services firms in the country. That, combined with extensive industry experience, has fostered top-level expertise in our respective practice areas.  Through our robust senior executive networks, unrivalled research capabilities, and hundreds of successful senior executive recruiting projects, our Partners have access to the top senior executive talent in the country.

All clients work directly with an owner of the firm.  All candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client consulting is conducted by the Partner or Principal managing the project.  There is NEVER any delegation of these responsibilities to inexperienced associates or to subcontractors.

CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT PROCESS

We believe that providing our clients with a balanced perspective of each candidate’s strengths and developmental opportunities is critical.  Rather than focusing solely on an executive’s chronological experience, we thoroughly analyze each candidate’s experience, competencies, and personal attributes.  We particularly emphasize the importance of a strong competency and cultural match.  We rely heavily on a thorough, comprehensive, and multi-vector referencing process.

OFF LIMITS AND GUARANTEE

Our size and frequent repeat clients give us access to the best executive talent in the country, unlike our larger competitors who are limited by the long list of companies they serve.   

We guarantee our work in writing.  Any candidate engaged through our assistance is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of hire.  In the event that a candidate leaves or is removed for performance-related issues within the first year of employment, we will re-engage without charging additional professional fees.

FEES AND EXPENSES

We are a retained executive search firm and our monthly retainer fees are tied to pre-established performance metrics.  We charge only for expenses which can be documented and which are directly attributable to a project.  There are no separate research, set-up, or indirect expense charges.
