Jane C. Beatty

Jane’s practice focuses on business and professional services, which include management consulting and supply chain management.

She has recruited senior executives and partners, as well as functional heads of Human Resources, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. She developed her search expertise at Ray & Berndtson.

Jane has a proven track record of performing exemplary search work, validated through her ongoing repeat business with long-term clients.

Her pre-search experience includes 16 years of general management, sales, and operations experience in the logistics and transportation industries. She served as General Manager of a joint venture between Burlington Northern Railroad and Santa Fe Railway. Previously, she was Vice President of Sales & Operations at a national motor carrier.

Jane has a BA in Business Administration from Coe College. She is a mediocre tap dancer, and can walk faster than almost anyone on earth – man or woman.
