Alvin H. Spector

Alvin recruits outstanding talent for investment and private wealth management, as well as capital markets related positions.

With over a decade of experience in executive recruiting, his clients have included managers of traditional and alternative asset classes and span from start-up to well-established global firms, including insurance companies, banks, and independent investment management organizations. Assignments completed include senior “c” suite executive searches, senior marketing and distribution professionals, fixed income and equity analysts and portfolio managers, risk managers, compliance officers, private wealth managers, as well as private equity bankers.

Alvin joined Lantern Partners from Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to his career in search, Alvin was a Principal at Morgan Stanley where he not only worked within their Capital Markets Division, but also assisted in the hiring, training, and development of professional staff and served as compliance officer for their Chicago office.

Alvin has a BA from Binghamton University and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
