All clients work directly with owners of the firm. All candidate screening, interviewing, and client consulting is conducted by the Partners managing the project. There is never any delegation of these responsibilities to inexperienced associates or to subcontractors.

Off Limits and Guarantee
Our size and frequent repeat clients gives us access to the best executive talent in the country, unlike our larger competitors who are limited by the long list of companies they serve.
We guarantee our work in writing. Any candidate engaged through our assistance is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of hire. In the event that a candidate leaves or is removed for performance-related issues within the first year of employment, we will re-engage without charging additional professional fees.
Fees and Expenses
We always have skin in the game. We provide senior executive recruitment services, but our monthly retainer fees are tied to pre-established performance metrics. We charge only for expenses which can be documented and which are directly attributable to a project. There are no separate research, set-up, or indirect expense charges.
