Kamal, who formerly ran an AI skunkworks at PWC, currently leads global AI engineering for one of the world’s largest law firms. He runs one of the most advanced AI deployments in the legal industry and has built the engineering function, operating model, and deployment playbook from the ground up. He will share what has worked, what has not, and where the real bottlenecks are located.
What he will cover:
- Pilot to production: why most AI initiatives stall, and what must happen to get them to scale
- Cost reduction: where cost take-out worked, where it didn’t, and the signals that tell you an AI program is on track
- Change management: getting senior services professionals to use the tools, not just install them
