Through Civic Consulting Alliance, Lantern Partners has been paired with the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC). We believe that CCC is an incredibly important educational system to work with, as CCC has the following four goals:
- Increase the number of students earning college credentials of economic value
- Increase the rate of transfer to bachelor’s degree programs following CCC graduation
- Drastically improve outcomes for students requiring remediation
- Increase the number and share of ABE/GED/ESL students who advance to and succeed in college-level courses
Making education more readily available for the people of our city is integral to making Chicago a better place for opportunities and overall just a better place to be. This is truly a principal we can get behind.
