The State of Illinois serves a population of 12 million citizens through 81,000 employees across 70+ agencies. For the first time, Illinois has consolidated statewide IT services and leadership, and their charge is to develop and implement the strategic vision for how technology can shape the future and better serve constituents. The project was delivered pro bono.
