Yellow Brick Road sought a proven multi-site operator with deep experience scaling mission-driven, private equity-backed services businesses. Bage is a seasoned CEO with more than 25 years of experience building and leading multi-location consumer and healthcare services platforms through periods of rapid growth and transformation. He brings a strong track record of operational excellence, organic and M&A-driven expansion, and thoughtful leadership in highly regulated, people-intensive environments. In his role at Yellow Brick Road, Bage will partner closely with the Board and leadership team to drive the company’s next phase of growth, strengthen performance across the center network, and continue advancing high-quality outcomes for children, families, and staff.
