Jaime has over ten years of talent acquisition experience, primarily as a recruiting leader within venture-backed, growth stage SaaS tech startups. Specifically, Jaime led the talent function at both Balto Software and Civis Analytics and was a very early employee at Uptake in Chicago.
Prior to going in-house, Jaime served as a recruiter at two Chicago-based recruitment firms where she focused on recruiting experienced technologists for software companies.

She is passionate about partnering with business leaders to advance the art and science of recruiting top talent. She champions the philosophy of measuring for competencies rather than only experience by making sure every conversation is laser focused on the skills and demonstrated subject matter expertise needed for the job.
Jaime is a proud Redbird, graduating from Illinois State University with a double major in Political Science and Theatre.
