Nerissa has been in recruiting since she the start of her career with a large international executive recruiting firm where she supported the retail and consumer practice. Prior to Lantern Partners, Nerissa was with LaSalle Network, where she primarily recruited supply chain professionals for a wide variety of industries. Recognized as a top performer, Nerissa led recruiting projects for executive level positions and eventually took on the leadership role overseeing the supply chain recruiting team. She joined Lantern Partners to focus on recruiting senior executives for technology and professional services companies.
