ERDMAN, a prominent healthcare services firm, retained Lantern Partners to recruit a growth-oriented leader for their Advisory Practice. We are proud to announce that Dr. Scott J. Cullen, the former President of Valence Health, was recruited into this key leadership position to build the strategic consulting practice at ERDMAN as their new EVP and Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Cullen is tasked with further building ERDMAN’s Healthcare Advance Planning and Advisory expertise. ERDMAN’s current Advance Planning services include: market strategy and competitive analysis, ambulatory network development, facility and capital planning, current and forecasted utilization analysis, and operational and experiential planning.
