Chris has been recruiting CEOs and their direct reports for technology and technology-enabled services companies for over 20 years. The vast majority of his clients are investor-backed or investor owned and he currently serves as a retained operating advisor to a prominent private equity firm, consulting on all things human capital related. He is also a member of Lantern’s Information Officers practice as he has recruited senior information technology officers for the consumer products, industrial, business services and financial services sectors.
Prior to starting Lantern Partners in January 2003, he was a partner at one of the world’s largest senior executive recruiting firms, serving as a partner in the global technology practice. Chris began his career in executive recruitment at another global recruitment firm as a principal.

Before entering executive recruiting, Chris served as an operations and systems consultant for Andersen, where he led projects to develop and implement performance measurement management and decision support solutions for consumer services companies. Prior to that, he served as a member of the management associate program for Bank of America (formerly NationsBank).
Chris has a BS in Business from Indiana University.
